Rules and Regulations
- The academic session of the college commences in August each year and ends in June the next year.
- 75% attendance is mandatory for eligibility in the FBISE.
- A student absenting herself without leave application for more than five working days is liable to have his name struck off from the college roll.
- Leave shall be granted on application duly signed by the parents.
- The name of a student who is irregular in attending the class will be dropped from the roll after three warnings.
- Bimonthly, Send up and Pre-Board exams are held at regular intervals. Proper record of the performance of a student is maintained.
- A student found using unfair means in Test/Examinations shall stand disqualified forthwith and will be required to reappear in the papers.
- The admission of a student will not be forwarded if he will not show progress in Pre-Board Exam.
- The name of a student who fails to qualify in three or more than three subjects is detained and is not eligible for re-admission.
- FBISE rules will be followed for promotion to HSSC-II.
Discipline Rules
- It is obligatory for students to abide by the rules of the college. A student may be dropped from roll for any of the following reasons:
- Irregularity in class, even if it is an optional class
- Misbehavior or general misconduct
- Showing no progress in studies
- Remaining absent from three consecutive tests
- Failing in three or more subjects in promotion exams
- Misbehavior/disrespect will not be tolerated. A student showing such behavior may be dropped from the roll or rusticated.
- Anybody who disturbs the educational environment of the institution by shouting, whistling or howling is liable to disciplinary action under college conduct rules.
- It is the responsibility of all students to keep the college clean and tidy. Therefore, no littering or trash should be thrown in the college premises.
- The students are advised to strictly follow the code of conduct on the field while taking part in sports and other co-curricular activities.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited.
- Students must carry college ID card all the time.
- All students must wear proper uniform. No Fashion accessories are allowed.
- Bullying and use of abusive or foul language are punishable offences.
- Students causing damage to the college property will be heavily fined.
- Students are to exhibit exemplary behavior, especially while representing college in an activity/competitions.
- Plucking of flowers/fruits is strictly prohibited.
- Students must take care of their belongings. College will not be responsible for any loss.
Uniform (Intermediate)
Summer Uniform
- Dark Grey Trousers.
- White Shirt Full Sleeves.
- Tie in Maroon Color and Blue wide lining
- Oxford Black Shoes (Laces)
- Black Socks.
- A pocket with college monogram on the mid section right of the shirt with 1st Blue Stripe on the top edge of the pocket.
Winter Uniform
- Same uniform as worn during summer.
- Maroon V neck sweaters / blazers.
Uniform (BS)
Summer Uniform
- Dark Grey Trousers.
- White Shirt Full Sleeves.
- Tie in Maroon Color and Blue wide lining
- Oxford Black Shoes (Laces)
- Black Socks.
Winter Uniform
- Same uniform as worn during summer.
- Dark Blue Sweaters/Jersey.
- Dark Blue Blazer with College Badge
- Black Tie with Aqua Blue wide Stripes
In order to inculcate dressing sense, dress code may be relaxed for formal and decent dressing (For BS Students)
